All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. QNTX does not accept returns.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Replacement eligibility is determined solely at QNTX’s discretion.

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract.
